Heinrich signs a sponsorship deal with Kusasa Comodities & ABC Nutrition
Heinrich signed a sponsorship deal with Kusasa Commodities and ABC Nutrition in 2008 that will enable him to make a aggressive crack at the Overall Title at the IFBB South African Championships.

Heinrich wins the Mr Universe Title at the WPF World Bodybuilding Championships
Heinrich won the Overall World Title at the WPF World Championships that was held on 13 - 14 November 2009 in Campobasso, Italy.

Heinrich wins the Mr South Africa Title at the WPF South African Bodybuilding Championships
Heinrich won the Overall South African Title at the WPF South African Championships that was held on 23 - 24 October 2009 at Silverstar Casino in Johannesburg.
Heinrich is now on his way to the WPF World Bodybuilding Championships in Campobasso, Italy that will be held from 13 - 14 November 2009. He will be going all out to capture the overall title and secure him the Mr Universe Title for himself.

Heinrich Shoots Bodybuilding Training DVD Featuring Local Athletes and Strongman Competitors - June 2009
The DVD Shoot was filmed at Fox Gym on 26 June 2009 by C TV. The C TV film crew drifted around the gym shooting the muscle tearing action. The DVD is based on bodybuilding training methods, diets and supplementation. Fox Gym is trying to show the true character of the sport of bodybuilding to the public by producing this DVD.
The reason behind the gatering of the titans was to shoot a DVD of the guys training and doing interviews to expose the raw reality behind the sport. Another reason for shooting the DVD was for funding. All the guys are putting in so much , but they are struggling to get funding to compete in big competitions.
The program will be televised on C TV and the DVD will also be on sale soon. Keep checking back for details. All the televised dates will be posted on heinrichvos.co.za. We will also try to put up some video clips of the event.

heinrichvos.co.za reached 5 000 visitors. Heinrich wants to thank everybody that
visited his website so far and he also wants to thank everybody for their
support and all the wonderful emails that he received so
far.
Since the launch of
the new improved website of Heinrich, his website went from strength to
strength. He had excellent responses from all around the world and numerous
athletes, including a couple of IFBB Professionals, International Bodybuilding
Magazines and Bodybuilding Organizations and Federations are linking to his
website.
Heinrich also
received a lot of compliments on the content, layout and photos on his website.
Everybody is impressed with how informative his website is and on the

We are currently
working hard on version 3 of the website. This will be a totally new website
with exciting new features. Please keep on checking back for
